Jesus, who is fully divine and fully human, demonstrated and set an example for His followers to have a "quiet time" to be alone with God the Father; to rest from serving people; to be filled again with compassion for the lost, so that He can continue to preach the kingdom of God to other cities, for His life purpose on earth was very clear---to preach the Good News! May Jesus’ earthly life be the model for those whose hearts are after His kingdom. But how are we going to do it in this modern times? One word, PRIORITY! God made us to be "overcomers" through/in Christ, who is our Victor, so that we can get out of the victim-mentality like “I have no time”. No one has time unless he/she learns to set a priority. May the Holy Spirit convict and empower those who have ears to hear and heart to mind Jesus' kingdom. Lord, have mercy on us.
